The Value Of

What’s Next for As I Write

Some of you may have noticed the tonal shift in some of my last posts, a bit more serious, more academic. That’s mainly due to the fact that I have allocated some space onto my blog for one of my uni modules, Transitions: Writers in the Marketplace, which is all about exploring my author persona and how I identify myself within the marketplace.

I don’t know how you, the people who followed the blog before, felt about this change, but I enjoy the content that has come out of that, and I want to continue writing more serious, academically engaged and thought-provoking pieces.

I thought serialising these would be the best way forward, and all new content regarding serious issues or issues I feel deserve an in-depth examination will be gathered under a new theme: The Value Of.

Not to worry, I will continue to talk about books and films and review them, as well as post updates on my writing journey.

I also have a few secret projects line up, but I can give you a hint: I will introduce you to some amazing people you might not have come across before! Keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook for more updates.

But as always, I want to hear from you! Have you been enjoying the recent content? Do you have suggestions for what you want to read next?
